Expanding Into Year-Round Professional Development
The LFG Clinic continues its expansion into year-round professional development with the launch of OC School, a structured progression built specifically for offensive coordinators.
For years, the LFG Clinic has provided three days of in-person presentations featuring coaches from across all levels of football. With the growth of Lauren’s Library and the new LFG platform, that content is now being organized into intentional learning tracks designed for implementation.
OC School is the first of those tracks.
A Structured Track for Offensive Coordinators
Unlike traditional clinic content focused on scheme installation, OC School is built around the full scope of the coordinator’s responsibility. The course addresses leadership, structure, alignment, and accountability inside the offense.
Module 1, titled The Job of the Offensive Coordinator, is now live for Premium and Staff Pass members.
Featured Coaches in Module 1
The opening module features Phil Longo, Jedd Fisch, Kyle Ohradzansky, and Jeff Gallo. Together, they explore simplicity in philosophy, creating a shared vision, establishing culture, building professional structure, and making accountability visible.
The focus is foundational. Before red zone strategy or situational play design, coordinators are challenged to clarify what they believe, how they lead, and what standard they enforce daily.
What OC School Includes
Each module inside OC School includes curated video content from Lauren’s Library, a structured teaching progression, and a downloadable workbook for application. An AI Companion is also available on the platform to help coaches refine their philosophy, define their culture, and implement measurable standards in their programs.
Modules will be released progressively to allow for reflection and implementation.
OC School is available exclusively to Premium and Staff Pass members on the LFG platform.
Additional Schools Coming Soon
Additional tracks are scheduled to launch in the coming weeks, including DC School, Head Coach School, and Special Teams Coordinator School.
Continuing the LFG Mission
The LFG Clinic has long stood for education that serves something larger than football. OC School represents the next step in that mission, extending the clinic’s impact beyond a single weekend into year-round development.
