Smart Clinics Launch With The RPO Symposium (March 17–19)

Most online clinics try to cover everything. They stack a long speaker list, hit a wide range of topics, and leave coaches to sort out what actually matters for their system.

Smart Clinics are the opposite.

Smart Clinics are built around one topic, taught with depth. Fewer voices. Longer sessions. Clear progression. Coaching details you can install.

The first Smart Clinic is The RPO Symposium, running March 17–19, built to help coaches develop RPOs that hold up week to week, not just on the whiteboard.

You will see how coaches teach it, install it, practice it, and adjust when defenses change coverages and fits, rotate late, and take away access throws.

What Makes This Different

The goal is not to add more ideas to your notes app.

The goal is to give you a structure you can actually use.

RPOs are not just a concept. They are a system. If you want them to show up on Friday, you need answers for how defenses are playing you right now, and a plan for how you are going to teach it and rep it.

That is what the RPO Symposium is built to deliver.

How The RPO Symposium Works

The symposium combines 15 on-demand sessions with three live interactive nights at 7:00 PM Eastern.

The on-demand sessions give you the teaching and the framework. The live sessions give you interaction, problem-solving, and the chance to get your real questions answered.

The Live Sessions (7:00 PM Eastern)

March 17: Keynote + Live Q&A

Joe Moorhead, Head Coach at the University of Akron, opens the symposium with RPO teaching that does not stay on the whiteboard. Expect structure, real answers, and coaching details you can install. The keynote is followed by a live Q&A hosted by Caleb Corrill.

March 18: Coaches Round Table

Five college play callers. One focused conversation on what is working right now. Hear how they are building RPOs to survive adjustments, create explosives, and keep defenses from sitting on tendencies. The round table includes 2025 National Champion Joe Matheson (now the OC at Drake), plus Zach Riepma, Tim Souza, Hayden Thomas, and Caleb Corrill.

March 19: Workshop, Bringing RPOs to Life

This is the most interactive night. Bring your ideas, your issues, and what you are seeing on film. We will pressure-test your plan, talk through real solutions, and get better together. The workshop features Caleb Corrill, Lane Little, Dayne Keller, and Logan Thomas.

Built For Coaches Who Have To Make It Work

If you call plays, coach quarterbacks, or help build the offensive plan, you already know the gap.

It is easy to find an RPO idea. It is harder to build an RPO package that survives the season.

Smart Clinics are designed for coaches who want teaching progressions, weekly answers, and real coaching details that translate from film room to practice field to Friday night.
