One play at a time

After more than a decade away from the sideline, Coach and Coordinator Network founder Keith Grabowski returned to coaching as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Bay High School.

One Play at a Time follows that journey in real time.

This series goes inside the process of building and teaching an offense with the same challenges coaches everywhere face: limited meeting time, two-way players, busy schedules, different learning speeds, a part-time staff, and a season that refuses to slow down while you figure everything out.

The goal isn’t to install more. It’s to teach better.

And to build players who don’t just know what to do, but understand why they’re doing it, what they’re looking for, and how to respond when the picture changes.
