In this first episode of Culture OS, guest hosted by Rob Pomazak, Army Offensive Line Coach Matt Drinkall shares insights drawn from his extensive coaching career and offers valuable leadership and program development lessons.

Matt Drinkall is the offensive line coach at Army. He joined the Black Knights coaching staff in 2019. Previously, Drinkall was the head coach at Kansas Wesleyan for five seasons. His final four seasons were the most productive four-year run in program history, including the best season in school and conference history in 2018, Drinkall’s last leading the Coyotes.
Coach Drinkall’s stops earlier in his career included stints at St. Ambrose University, Western Illinois, and Bettendorf High School (IA).

Culture OS guest host Rob Pomazak is the head coach at St. Charles North High School (IL). Coach Pomazak took over the program in 2013 and has been a perennial playoff qualifier since then, including a spot in the Illinois 7A championship game in 2018. Pomazak is also the Wellness & Sports Performance Coordinator for the North Stars.
