Culture OS – Brad Spencer, Head Coach, North Central College

Brad Spencer is the head coach at North Central College. Spencer produced a stellar playing career as a wide receiver for the Cardinals before joining the coaching staff in 2004. After 11 seasons as the wide receivers coach, Spencer was promoted to assistant head coach and offensive coordinator in 2015.

In January 2022, Coach Spencer was appointed the 26th head coach in program history. The Cardinals posted the program’s first undefeated season in 2022, a 15-0 campaign that culminated in the program’s second NCAA Division III National Championship.

Culture OS guest host Rob Pomazak is the head coach at St. Charles North High School (IL). Coach Pomazak took over the program in 2013 and has been a perennial playoff qualifier since then, including a spot in the Illinois 7A championship game in 2018. Pomazak is also the Wellness & Sports Performance Coordinator for the North Stars.
