Coach and Coordinator Podcast has joined forces with Signature Championship Rings to bolster our Champions series of episodes with the top minds in the game today. In this series, first launched in December 2023, host Keith Grabowski talks with state champion head coaches from around the country about their championship seasons and what is required to lead a program to the top.
The criteria to be featured in Champions is simple but stringent – you must be a head coach, you must have a pedigree of success, you must have earned a state championship in the 2023 season, and you must demonstrate the qualities of a 10% Coach.

Coach and Coordinator Podcast listeners can expect a new Champions episode nearly every week throughout the spring and early summer. We plan to reference the series best practices during the upcoming football season as well, before picking Champions back up again in December with 2024 state champions.
