What began with the Coach and Coordinator Podcast, now reaching more than 120,000 unique listeners annually and generating over 16 million total downloads across more than 2,000 episodes, has grown into a platform shaped by long-standing relationships with respected coaches from high school programs to the NFL. The Network has become a central hub where coaches learn from vetted practitioners, proven systems, and practical experience.

Integrating this technology with a human framework for talent development required a partner whose work connects identity, behavior, and performance. That is where Jubenville enters.
Long before becoming a professor, author, and advisor to leaders across industries, Jubenville helped start a college football program from scratch in 1998. Today he serves as a professor of sport management at Middle Tennessee State University and is the Director of the Center for Student Coaching and Success. He learned firsthand that while schemes matter, relationships are what transform players and programs. His doctoral work on the coach–athlete relationship continues to guide his approach and anchors his Talent Development Framework.
