Carmen Bricillo is the offensive line coach for the Las Vegas Raiders. Coach Bricillo has climbed the coaching ranks, getting his start at the high school level in Indiana, then working his way up through small college into the FBS, and eventually the NFL.
Bricillo entered the NFL in 2019 with the New England Patriots, serving as a coaching assistant. He was promoted to offensive line coach in 2020 and served in that role for two seasons. In 2022, Bricillo accepted the same role with the Raiders under new head coach Josh McDaniels.
