Tepper has coached numerous linebackers to the Butkus award, which is awarded to the best linebacker in the country. While he’s most well known for his time at Illinois, he also spent time at LSU, Edinboro, IUP, Buffalo and various other schools. Coach is widely regarded as one of the best Linebacker Coaches in the country.
