On today’s episode of Coach and Coordinator Podcast, host Keith Grabowski is joined by Head Football Coach at Eastern Illinois, Adam Cushing. Cushing will be going into his second year as head coach of the Panthers when their season resumes this spring. Prior to Eastern Illinois, Cushing coached at Northwestern since 2004, where he held roles of Tight Ends Coach, Superbacks coach and since 2009, offensive line coach. During his time at Northwestern, the team appeared in 10 bowl games including a win over Utah in the Holiday Bowl in his last game. Coach joins the podcast today to talk about simplifying culture.
