Today’s Quickcast is with Greg Schiano, head coach at Rutgers University. Coach Schiano delivered this talk at Lauren’s First and Goal Clinic which supports pediatric brain tumor research and cancer services.
In his talk Coach Schiano identified what he believes is on of the most important philosophies which he uses as a coach in building his program, planning all aspects of it from off season training to weekly game planning.
He believes that if you can focus on your big three in anything, everything else will come along.
He shares the big three pillars upon which his program is built – “family, trust, and chop.”
