Mike Pollak, Director of Training at Tip of the Spear, joins this week’s installment of The Mushroom Society to discuss how to improve the safety of offensive line play without sacrificing performance.
Mike Pollak entered professional football after attending Arizona State University and being drafted in the second round of the NFL Draft by the Indianapolis Colts. He played guard and center for seven NFL seasons with the Colts, Panthers, and Bengals. After retiring from the National Football League in 2015, Mike started his coaching career at Corona del Sol High School in Tempe, AZ, first as the offensive line coach before being promoted to offensive coordinator in 2016. He then turned down a head coaching position to pursue a new adventure with Tip of the Spear.
