Turner has served as OC of the Chicago Bears two different times as well as being a QB Coach for the Indianapolis Colts and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In 2001, as head coach at Illinois, he was named Big Ten Coach of the Year. Turner joined the show today to share what he learned on his journey.
