Dante Bartee is a defensive analyst at the University of Oregon. He is a rising star in the coaching profession, who Accelerate Everything guest host Dub Maddox calls the “Good Will Hunting” of defensive football.

Coach Bartee’s passion for football and innate ability to decipher and teach complex strategies sets him apart as a great young thinker on the game.

In this episode, Bartee explains what it means to be a player-focused coach, different methodologies for communication, the difference between positive and negative confrontation, and why it is important to attack the problem and not the player.
